Collaboration Terms

1 / The brand may use photos/videos on their official Instagram account and brand website

• 1.1 / Commercial shoot - author credit is not required (*@mvila.sofia)
• 1.2 / Barter collaboration - author credit is required (*@mvila.sofia)

*any use without credit will be considered a violation of collaboration terms.

2 / Content may NOT be used for:

• Advertising campaigns (*paid ads)
• Third-party platforms, marketplaces, etc.
• Transfer/resale by partners or third parties.
• Future or other projects.
• Offline materials (*print advertising, catalogs, packaging, exhibition stands, POS materials, etc.)

*Any use of content beyond the specified terms is considered a license violation and requires separate agreement and compensation.

*All methods of content use not specified in this document are considered unauthorized and require mandatory prior approval.

3 / Deadlines

• 3.1 / Despite established timelines for content creation (*which begins from the moment of receiving the package), there are sometimes days when my child may be restless or need extra attention. On such days, I prioritize their well-being and stay fully present with them, without shooting. If this affects the initial deadline of the selected package, I notify the brand in advance and arrange for timeline adjustments.
• 3.2 / In my work, I prefer natural lighting, as it allows me to preserve color, texture, and overall image quality. In case of unfavorable weather conditions or insufficient natural light, the shoot may be rescheduled to the nearest suitable day. This is necessary to ensure high quality of the source material and final result.

4 / About products provided for collaboration

Products provided as part of collaboration (*including barter) are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by both parties in advance.

5 / My content usage rights

The granted content usage rights are non-exclusive and may be used by me on Instagram (@mvila.sofia) or for portfolio purposes.

6 / Work approach

I create content based on my own style and visual vision. The brand may share preferences, mood boards, or references in advance to set the overall direction and mood of the shoot. Final execution remains with me as the content creator.

7 / Additional services

The volumes and timelines specified in packages are baseline. Any changes, including additional content or expedited delivery, are negotiated separately and paid for additionally.

8 / Content storage

Completed content is stored for a limited time after delivery: 90 days. It is recommended to save the content within this period after receiving it, as the material may become unavailable after the deadline expires.

9 / Contract and collaboration formalization

Upon the brand's request, collaboration can be formalized with a contract. All terms are agreed upon by both parties before work begins.

10 / Contact and communication

Throughout all stages of collaboration, I stay in touch and remain open to dialogue to ensure the process is comfortable and transparent.
